Fees example for installments:
Couple with no children/dependents under the age of 21: $62.04 per month
Single parent with one child/dependent under the age of 5: $31.17 per month
Couple with one child/dependent aged 5-12: $74.38 per month
Single parent with two children/dependents aged 5-12: $55.87 per month
